Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Jostle (the "Service"), operated by [Legal Entity Name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian where permitted by law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. One verified phone number may be associated with one account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. The Service and AI-generated content

Jostle provides AI-assisted tools for placement preparation — resume analysis, ATS checks, mock interviews, a career roadmap, a question bank and related features. The feedback, scores and content are generated by AI and are provided for guidance and practice only.

• We do not guarantee any job, placement, interview outcome, ATS pass rate or score on any real platform.
• AI output may contain errors or omissions. Use your own judgement and verify important information.
• Our scores (including the readiness and ATS scores) are estimates and proxies, not official assessments by any employer or applicant-tracking system.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not misuse, attack, reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service to impersonate others or to submit another person's data without authorisation.
• Do not attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits or access controls.

5. Credits, plans and payments

New accounts include a limited number of free credits. Premium is a recurring subscription billed at the price shown at checkout (currently ₹99 per month), processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing and plan features may change with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for. 6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your resume). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [Jurisdiction City] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes
