This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Jostle Premium, operated by [Legal Entity Name]. It applies to the subscription purchased through our payment processor, Razorpay.

1. Subscription model

Jostle Premium is a monthly subscription (currently ₹99 per month). It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Every account also starts with free credits, so you can evaluate the AI features before subscribing.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from your profile page in the app.
  • When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • After that period ends, your account reverts to the free plan. We do not charge you again once cancelled.

3. Refunds

Because Premium is a digital service delivered immediately and billed in short monthly cycles, fees already charged are generally non-refundable, including for partial months or unused credits. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases such as a duplicate charge, a proven billing error, or a failure on our side to deliver the Service.

4. How to request a refund

We will review and respond within a reasonable time. If approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay; the time to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Free credits
